garmin

 

bought another from best buy. it updates it navigates. came in a factory retail box. just get one from store, theirs must be hacked rejects. avoid the frustration.

This Navi is great!

 

Newegg always delivers.

Got a deal on a great portable navigation. Big screen and a pretty loud speaker. The interface is friendly and it's accurate. Lifetime map updates and traffic, so I'm feeling pretty good about this product

I have no beef with this Navi. But you will need 10 minutes to set up an account, if you want to do an update

Great replacement GPS

 

The supplier got it to me quick. And It appeared to be brand new.

The screen is easy to see compared to my old Garmin GPS. The touch response is a world better. No repeated touch of the screen to get it to respond. I love it

LMT excludes POI updates - useless & misleading

 

I'd give it a zero if I could - piece of lifetime garbage

The Garmin (and others?) rip off with the so called lifetime maps is that does not include updates for the POIs, which are pricy. Very misleading as the POIs change faster than the roads. Also the Garmin software that I have gives the most idiotic...

Unlisted requirements

 

I'll reserve comment on the product until I can update the maps and actually use it, but don't see that happening anytime soon.

Looks like a nice unit. ADVERTISES great function for the price

Unlisted system requirements demanding cable or highest spreed DSL in order to obtain map updates advertised with product. So if you live in a rental in which you can't install the wiring for one of those and are using a legacy wimax modem, you don't...
