The touchscreen rocks! It may be a little slow, but I have fat fingers that didn't seem to fase it a bit. Very easy to know what your doing and not get lost in a bunch of sub-menus
The bluetooth, okay.. so I bought this model specifically for the bluetooth feature, don't you make that same mistake. The speaker is way too quiet to hear anything and the microphone is, well, garbage. Basically it's a glorified caller-id box
