Garmin nuvi 3750

The Garmin nuvi 3750 accomplishes the feat of providing consumers with one of the most portable GPS devices on the market. In addition, it introduces new route technology that allows you to "trend" track your travels and have the GPS automatically...

Ultraportable- one of thinnest GPS units ever at just 9mm thickFlexible- offers pedestrian mode and vertical/horizontal orientationEnhanced- features myTrends and trafficTrends capabilities

Fragile- not for users who frequently drop small electronicsExpensive-some wonder if thin device worth its price

At the entry level of Garmin's 3700 series is the Garmin nuvi 3750, one...

Garmin nuvi 3750 review

Hands on with the Garmin nuvi 3750 The Garmin nüvi 3750, introduced this summer, is the low end unit in Garmin's latest (and possibly greatest) line of navigators. But this is not an entry level unit; in addition to many of the goodies found on...

Very thin ; Gorgeous, bright screen ; The loudest nuvi yet ; trafficTrends historical road speeds result in improved routing ; More streets labeled than on recent nuvis ; Improved junction view and lane assist coverage

trafficTrends can result in increased route calculation time ; Slightly weaker GPS receiver performance than other recent nuvi series ; Multi-destination routing needs improvement ; Trip logs do not consistently display

Highly recommended — the 3700 series is the best nuvi line released to date. In many ways the 3750 is better than the 3790T, where I found fault with the voice command interface and Bluetooth quality.

Very nice GPS unit

I have nothing to compare this to, but it is a nice GPS unit. Setup was fairly simple, although it's going to take time to learn about the less-obvious features. Downloading the manual is a necessity for that. Materials seem a bit cheap, but that...

Poor build quality. Unrespsonsive technical support.

I got left in a lurch when this thing died on me day 2 of my vacation, and Garmin would not overnight me a replacement. Very disappointed.

Lightweight. Very portable

Poor build quality. Software not very intuitive and requires many steps for commonly used simple tasks. Customer support unresponsive to questions, instead responding with a boilerplate response

Garmin Review

Overall the garmin gets the job done.

Picks up satellites quickly and I was able to take the Garmin inside a house and it still picked up satellites. My old Garmin could not do this ; It is very thin and the touch screen is very clear and works well. The maps that were loaded on the GPS...

Some routes it takes aren't really the quickest. Comparing my old garmin 250w to this one it does do better. However I haven't played with every setting (ie econ mode)
