Very accurate. Gives you that extra push to go faster, farther. It's basically your own personal workout trainer/partner.

Great for runners to track time and distance. Also can be used with special gym equipment and treadmills.

This is a good system but new users will be disappointed to find that they are not able to upload the data to their computers so that they can see their minimum heart rate and trends unless they pay extra via a separate order for the ANT hardware...

Awersome bit of kit,easy to set up and use and if your into fitness this is the watch for you.

The FR 60 does not have the capability to display “percent of max” or “percent of maximum heart rate” on the watch. This is really disappointing, as there are 23 other fields to display, may of them useless to most.
