The full version GPS for cars and trucks of all sizes

First off this is not an expensive GPS since it comes with a life time subscription of traffic updates. Secondly you can purchase the safety camera subscriptions for speed cameras that works very well. You can customize your truck to what you are...

In the car mode you are fine but if you drive even once a year a RV, Tall Pickup, Rental truck, or even pull a tall trailer or tall 5th wheel you can switch to truck and set up a profile with dimensions of your truck in order to pick the route

Not perfect but nothing else comes close

465T-for everything but routing

There is no "ultimate" truck specific GPS unit on the market. On the whole, every offering seems to be strong in some areas and weak in others-especially where routing options are concerned. I have blown lots of cash in using 5 of the current offerings...

NTTS database-The best-even better then the TND500 for truckstops, fuel, tires, repair, etc ; Alerts for most hazzards and weigh stations and built in traffic

Routing-not good. An apparent bias towards autos not class 8 vehicles-only fastest and shortest routing and not pratical routing options ; Problems with display of intersecting highway names on route-route or follow me modes
