Ii does not work

 

I contact the company many times trying to understan how this thing work, and I could not understand.The program they sent me to set-up it using the computer never works, so I finally returned it.

Of course, the low price of this gadget makes it attractive to an adventurer. But with that low price comes some definite pitfalls.

I would like to add that if you are a Foxfire user, you will need to install IP 7 or higher in order for the software to work on your computer. The battery is only good for 15 hrs, so no overnight trips. Not sure why, but on a trip it shutdown and when...

If you just want the GPS equivalent of a bike computer, this seems like a way to do it on the cheap (but see below). The hardware construction seems ok, the unit easily finds satellites and begins displaying basic info like speed and distance. But...
