The '99 Internet-Connected GPS from Best Buy's “Insignia” house brand features a cool built-in cellular connection, allowing you to harness the power of Google to find stores, restaurants, cheap gas, and more while on the go. However, the lackluster UI...

Insignia NS-CNV20 GPS Navigator

Maxell’s Encore EN-5 offer a rich, full sound for an affordable price, beating out nearly all of the headphones in the test. However, our testers didn’t think they were very comfortable, nor did this pair do a good job staying put during use....

try and get any support

OK product. NO and I mean NO support through either Insinia or Best Buy....shame on both of them

it was cheap

Insignia does not support/the website for updated maps and the 800 customer service line has been down since sept. A trip to Best Buy and they will tell you the same thing

Poor servce and poor reliablity

Item came with one year of service. Eveytime I asked for service in person the Geek Squad technicians looked at it as if was some foreign object. Out of 4 visits to my "local" Best Buy I was only receive service once because they did not know what to...

About the only thing I can say good is that the GPS was easy to use out of the box

Poor service from manufacture (Best Buy), Geek Squad (Best Buy) and Best Buy technical support. Product showed not reliablility

Poor on Directions

Features are outstanding, but if you do not get to your destination, what's the point. i cannot recommend what could be an exceptional GPS. If it would only get me where I want to go.

Great features. The Google search alone is good for the price of the unit. The battery life is good, the programming process is good, the Bluetooth has been acceptable. For these items I really like this GPS

Really bad on directions. I rarely get to my destination. i come relatively close, but end up searching for my address. I thought at first it was a fluke, but I cannot trust the unit to get me to my destination. Close is not enough

Fun Beginner's Toy

Buy something else. Not only does this unit not work well, there are subscription charges to keep it working.

Upgrading from a hiker's 20m GPS without maps, this was fun to play with at first

The user interface is clumsy. The traffic warnings are always invalid. Choosing alternate routes is difficult. By the way, this is not a GPS receiver, it interfaces with the cell networks
