Motorola MotoNav TN20

Even by budget standards, this GPS device is lacking.

Lane assistance feature ; Quick rerouting

Street pronunciation often didn't work ; Small POI database ; Unattractive maps

With the MotoNav TN20, Motorola doesn’t seem to be trying to compete in the GPS navigation space, but rather attempting to sell to customers familiar with the company’s name. Its small POI database, pedestrian maps, and flaky street pronunciation won’t...

Motorola TN20 GPS

A GPS which will send you around the bend

Motorola's TN20 is an entry level GPS unit and is priced accordingly. The problem is it can't do the entry level functions well enough. In our testing (over 2000 miles of driving throughout cities and states) numerous times the unit lost GPS position,...

worst GPS ever, honestly.

throw out window of moving vehicle

somewhat helps if in completely new area....barely

everything really. takes you on wrong roads, unnecessary roads (go off main road for 2 minutes to just get back on for no reason whatsoever), always the long way, half of locations are not found and no updates available. Slow and always messes up

Thank you Motorola

This is a wonderful product. You have to give moto some credit for the design of the unit itself. Motorola's industrial design group has ALWAYS been fantastic. When you hold this device in your had it rings of quality, thats just nice!. Right out of...

Price point was just over a hundred bucks wow, nice NICE military spec housing WAY better than Garmin. Makes the others look like cheap calculator housings by comparison. super easy touch interface, like the graphics, like the voice, volume, fast

Did not realize it had a data base of 1M POIs till I got home and started to read up on it. The TN 30 has 4M POIs. This one missed several in my hood. Wish it has a jack for ear bud cuz its so small could use on bike or walking in citys

absolutely awful GPS

I do not recommend this product at all. Spend the bucks and get a Tom-Tom.

price is low but not worth it

does not have current maps; very tedious to enter information; not user-friendly

Well spent $99! Basic A to B gps performs well

With all the fancy gadgets out there it is a great gps for driving and getting where you are going! Cant beat the price!

Very simple interface except on using the points of interest,. Accurate will get you there. The lane to be in function came up nicely near intersections on the interstate too. screen is readable even in brighter sunlight

Voice sounds like a bad 70's movie sound track but is understandable and speaks with plenty of warning and accurately on turns. POI seems to be difficult to use. Routes are a lil off the beaten path sometimes but it got me there either way

I was eager to use as this was a gift. The very first address was a familiar one. It was to my daughters school address. It wanted to take me down an avenue which was going the opposite way. But I took it anyway just to see. Bad mistake as it took me...
