"No free software updates!"
Good hardware; cheesy software update policy.
I just bought a slightly old Navigon model and love the hardware
Here is the big warning--Navigon does not provide a free update to maps and POIs. If you happen to buy a unit that is at the end of its product life span, be prepared to fork over an extra $80 to get new maps

Free traffic not accurate, really bad car mount, screen grayish, routes are bad, I had garmin then bought this and returned it the next day, went right back to garmin
