I bought this a replacement for a Navman SATNAV which was a very good unit.

When Amazon sent it to me, it had already been returned to them by someone else. I started to use it but quickly realised it was not European. This sat nav is UK only. So returned the product!!

Purchased Mio 475 for European travel specifically but it came without Western Europe installed. Support totally useless. Tells you to click on 'troubleshooting' - no tab so therefore cannot download the Western Europe maps. I wished I'd bought TomTom...

enjoying playing with new toy. Used it for a short journey locally and found it very accurate brought us to exact destination. Definately recommend it
