Navman F20

Navman's F20 proves you don't have to break the bank for a reliable GPS system.

Easy to learn and use menu system. Good value. Sensitive SiRF Star III Receiver. Route demonstration mode.

Routing profiles limited to shortest and quickest routes. No multimedia players. No multisegment routing.

Navman F20 review

The affordable, compact Navman F20 provides accurate directions and is easy to use. The unit includes maps of North America and a points-of-interest (POI) database.

The POI database is outdated, and voice-guided directions are hard to hear.

The Navman F20 is a reliable, portable navigation device for first-time buyers or anyone looking for an accurate, intuitive, and affordable GPS unit.

Navman F20

Navman's F20 skips the frills and gets you from point A to point B for an affordable price.

Inexpensive ; Easy to use ; Dedicated buttons for finding gas stations and parking areas ; Battery charges in car for outside use

Currently no option for live traffic or weather ; Can't plot multiple waypoints ; No outlet power cord or USB cable

Intuitive user interface, Convenient parking and fuel buttons, Compact size and weight, External volume controls, 3.5in touch screen

No AC adapter or USB cable included, No red light or speed camera warnings, Sluggish re-routing times in some instances, Battery life could be improved

As a basic, entry-level GPS unit at this price, the F20 does quite a fine job. It doesn't include speed or red light camera warnings and is thin on included accessories, but an easy to grasp interface and solid maps provide a pleasing navigational...

Navman F20

Navman's F20 portable GPS is aimed at users after a simple and reliable navigation system, but it still includes features found on much more expensive models as well as few handy traits of its own.

Fast and accurate route calculation ; Fuel stations and parking buttons ; Good value

Poor display ; Lacking some features

The Navman website has a downloadable manual, as well as an online technical support feature and customer service telephone number.

Girly Navigation'- Navman F20 Review

A SatNav system for girls and it's not pink! We'll not quite but having dedicated buttons for parking and petrol does suggest novice SatNav users. We test Navman's new low cost GPS system.

Very affordable.

Has yet to direct me correctly anywhere! Consistently directing me to turn left or right when those turns are not allowed.

Product Specifications

GPS navigation should help you get where you want to go easily, reliably and accurately. The F20 is Navman's simplest, most reliable GPS navigation system. Take the F20 out of its box and it's ready to use with a completely redesigned menu display on its high-quality, finger-friendly 3.5" touch screen. And if you thought its class-leading GPS capabilities and features would command a high price, think again. The F20 introduces a wealth of new features previously only found on much more expensive GPS navigation systems. So, you get dedicated buttons to find the nearest petrol station or car park - ideal when you're somewhere unfamiliar, full postcode searches and the easy-to-use touch screen. The latest GPS technology is also included in the F20 to achieve that accuracy and reliability, meaning you get high-quality navigation straight out of the box. What's more, the F20 is made compatible with the optional T1 Traffic Pack for real-time traffic updates where you most need them - while using the F20 in your vehicle. And as you'll see with the Navman F20, there's now no longer any reason to fear GPS navigation bamboozling you on your journey.
