the GPS Does what it supposed to do but no more

Had the unit for 4 years nearly. I agree with every comment above. There are issues. Yes the keyboard is an issue. Yes the battery died 2 years ago ( i keep it connected to power constantly). But as a trade person who is all day long on the road it was...

Despicable

Can't rate it 0 so it's getting 1 star. Absolutely unusable. The touch screen is just appalling. Can you believe I can't type in any place names containing the letter "A" because to type a letter or numeral on my GPS, you have to type the letter NEXT...

My Navman my55

Purchased 11/10/09 for $421. I spent more thinking that I would be getting the best. It has turned out to have been a complete waste of money. Most of these issues were evident from the onset & as I owned it for 3.5 years its pretty much un-useable....

An absolute piece of junk! you get better directions from a homing pidgeon

We have mutiple GPS units in the family fleet and thi MY30 was purchased on a double demerit long weekend to compensate for a faulty speedo on a long trip. It is without doubt totally useless. It cant even find my home address which it says does not...

MY55T Rubbish

I've had my MY55T for a couple of years now, lucky I don't use it very much as it is the most frustrating thing I have ever used. The screen doesn't react when you touch it & you basically need to "hit it hard" to get a response when typing. Many times...

Don't touch it with a barge pole!

Up graded to this model via a special offer and wish I hadn't bothered. The touch screen gave up and had to be repaired under warranty within 6 months of use and had to send it back with all the costs of registered post and in less than twelve months...

Terrible GPS system

1 star is too much. Nothing but frustration since bought 3 years ago, from reviews on this page it seems Navman are still in the dark ages as far as customer satisfaction (product and service) is concerned. Registered the device day I got it, no...

Practically everything. Added to the above the battery lasts about an hour max so useless for any semi-serious walking, if you put in a street number eg 55 that it doesn't 'know' it is just lost, and you have to start again - yes, from the beginning....

My Escape Poorly built.

Have just bought MY Escape. Already the brass connecting rods from the unit base to the GPS unit have been bent. They protrude out too far and are not strong enough for normal use. Have only had the unit for a couple of weeks. These connecting rods...

One of many Navman units that my wife and I have and need for our respective jobs.

Poorly designed. see above.

Horrible - Do not buy!

1. Satellite pickup - many times have literally been driving for 5+ minutes before acquires GPS. 2. Interface - slow & very very laggy. Terrible touch pickup, combined with the lag it's very frustrating. e.g. the back arrow even detects (it displays...

Screen size
