Nextar SNAP7

 

If you want a huge screen, the Nextar SNAP7 GPS serves up seven sprawling inches and plenty of features, all for a palatable price.

Good value for a GPS with a huge screen. Text-to-speech conversion. Lets you choose between simple or advanced interface options.

Small POI database. Not upgradable to support live traffic. Audio output isn't very loud. Screen appears washed out in bright sunlight.

Nextar MP1607 7" Mobile DVD Player

 

This did not work when it arrived. I had the same problem described by others: the disc would just spin and spin and would not load. I took the following steps to fix the problem: 1. remove the disc 2. go to the setup menu, then to preferences 3....

Price is fabulous and the picture is actually not bad. The car adapter is nice and solid

Speakers, although headphones sound fine ; Could not mount battery. No big deal since I only plan to use this with the power adapter

Did not work when it arrived

 

You get what you pay for.

None

I unpacked the DVD player and put a movie in and it would do the initialize spin over and over and would never play the move or get to the menu screen. Sent it back to get a refund

So Far so good...

 

So far so good...I really like this unit and all the acessories it comes with. the headrest mounting brancket it really nice the unit doesnt shake or vibrate with the motion of the car.

Nextar MP1607 7" Mobile DVD Player

 

Dont't buy Nextar MP1607 at all and save your time and money.

Cheap Price

Defective unit sent wouldn't recognize DVD being played. Had to return the defective unit back. Let's hope next unit is not defective

Two defective units

 

Wouldn't have given this a one star, but that's the minimum allowed.

Low price

Just opened box with second defective unit. Had to pay shipping to return the first defective unit. Appears that either they just sent back the same defective unit, or there is a consistent defect in this device. Don't waste your time or money

Disappointed...

 

I had the same problem Rob had at first and it was very frustrating. I could tell the power was on but the dvd wouldn't spin or anything. Then I realized there is a switch on the side for AV in and out. Mine was set to in and when I switched it to out...

Price. Came with a battery

Did not come with the car adapter. When I called Nextar to get a new one they told me you have to register the product first on their website, then wait a day or to to get an email with a customer # then call them back. Just send me the dam adapter ;...

Nextar 7 inch digital picture frame is a great edition to rooms.

 

The Nextar 7 inch picture frame is fantastic in my family room.  Instead of cluttered pictures all over the family room we just have just one great quality picture frame.  The picture frame cord is a bit tacky and hard to hide, but i do prefer it more...
