WORKS VERY WELLMY BIG COMPLAINT IS THE SOUND IS ALL CRACKED UP. EVERYTIME I TURN UP THE SOUND IT CRACKS AND MAKES TERIBLE NOISE. I HAVE TO USE IT WITH THE SOUND TURNED OFF. I SHOULD HAVE SPENT THE ADDITIONAL MONIES AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE.

the product works fine, but 2 of the places that i wanted to go to in the past month weren't in its memory. I called the factory and they said updates were coming and they did, but they still aren't in its memory. The GPS i replaced had both places....

It is what it is, refurbished.It works as stated and better than most other units.

I purchased refurbished and the issue here is that power connection to this device is loose and all of a sudden it stops charging. Other very good features and excellent product.
