2007 Maps no Update available

If you dont need the latest maps for navigating then I guess this a good deal for the money. Filled with a lot of features but falls short on its primary function-hello its a GPS not a phone-updates the maps. If you want a GPS for navigation go with a...

Has music video and Blue tooth capabilities

No qwerty key board ; Maps are from 2007 with no update available ; only two voice choices male or female ; Slow to recalculate when you change

Maps from 1999

If your planning to buy this... DONT. You will regret it!

It doesnt crash often

The maps arent aware of major roads made since 1999. Doesn't even know of HIGHWAYS made in the 80's. Sanyo refuses to offer map updates... Tech support extremely rude

Great Product Would highly recommend!

I Would highly recommend above Garmin or tom tom. It is an accurate GPS with text to speech and auto re-route with traffic info. Bluetooth is amazing. The FM transmitter is like icing on the cake!

Menu Screen ; FM transmitter ; Bluetooth ; Multimedia ; SD card ; Traffic Service ; Accurate GPS ; Ease of use

Speaker ; 90 Days of traffic service included but the only $50 for 12 months ; Limited formats for multimedia(mp3,Jpeg,mp4) ; Limited POI list

Poor reception on startup. Awful battery life

Cheap. Speaks street names and recalculates directions quickly

Very poor battery life. It sometimes takes more than ten minutes to pick up a GPS signal

No map updates available and NO UPDATES PLANNED

After looking hard in the manual that refers to an Update CD and the Sanyo http://www.easystreetnav.com/ website to no avail I called the number on the front of the manual. After being told about six times (NO JOKE) in a recording to check one of the...

The 4070 is feature packed and a great travel companion. I bought this for my wife and it was a real asset when we moved to a different state. I just pluged in the doctor's office, Walmart, Target, the kid's school and our new home location

NO UPDATES. The maps are from 2007 and I am running into road changes that are not in the Sanyo 4070. I tried to do an update but the Sanyo NVM-4070 website "http://www.easystreetnav.com/" has no links for any updates or even support of any kind

Wonderful!

I really like the unit, have since returned the V7, Navman, and TomTom. Goes on sale sometimes too!

Fully Loaded, and multitasks Nav, Music, BT at the same time

Speech is a lil "off" sometimes, but managable

Great product for the price

I have a Sanyo phone so I figured this would work well. It did once I figured out how to use it. The blutooth is clear and the GPS is terrific. A few quirks in pronounciations. Have used other GPS units like the Garmin 350 and the Magellan 4100. This...

All the features, text to voice, bluetooth. mp3, video, available traffic, large screen

Customer service dosn't know much about their product. Owners manual non-existant
