Good Software, No updates

This software would be a 4 or 5, but without any map updates of any kind, this software is very limited. In fact, if you had One Million Dollars in your pocket, you still couldn't buy updates because they do not exist. BUY NAVIGATOR 6 INSTEAD

Software is fast and easy to use. If you the the Bluetooth GPS unit, its very compact

NO MAP UPDATES. BEWARE, IF YOU PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE MAPS YOU GET. THEY DO NOT HAVE UPGRADED MAPS ANYMORE, YOU MUST UPDATE TO NAVIGATOR 6

TomTom...better than SueSue

My wife picked me up this unit, thinking I had a bluetooth PDA...not the case. I had to get in touch with the support group right after christmas, slight delay. They stepped up and overnighted a wired unit that is no longer made. It has been working...

Some maps imperfections....and it gets darn hot where it is mounted in the car. I am looking to upgrade soon and have another customer support e-mail in....waiting, waiting.....but still use it everday
