Would have normally given a 4 but when price is factored you can't compare.

I'd buy almost ANY other brand, hoping TomTom feels the pinch for their predatory marketing ploys. When a map update costs more than the original unit did, what gives? AND, why wouldn't the newly-purchased unit have the latest map guaranteed?
