DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

It does not work, period, and there is NO service available from Tom Tom

Price, lifetime maps, that is, if they represented anything on the planet

Unit cannot find it's location. Tom Tom Home, which is required to upgrade or personalize, is unavail for a 64-bit system, and customer service is completely unavailable. Good luck if you bought one

Unit Broke after just over a year

Worked well for just over a year (although battery life was very poor using in car charger). Heard a strange popping sound and unit just stopped working whilst on holiday. TomTom Customer Service were not helpful and wanted to charge me almost the cost...

Loaded with Features - Good Value

I am usually a Garmin user, but gave this Tom Tom a try when it was on sale. I agree with other favorable reviews that the exit lane picture, lifetime map updates and live traffic advisor are great features. I would give this GPS a solid 4 out of 5...

Great Device

I love this product. It's very easy to use and you can see the route you are taking (the big picture) ahead of time and choose to take a different one if you wish. Other garmins I have used just send you off and you're not sure what the big picture...
