I returned thiss product immediately. I suppose I bought it because it was cheap. The power cable kept falling out and was nothing like the one built into my car. I couldn't operate it for love nor money. It was probably one of my worst buys.

Like some others, I got this as an offer with my car insurance. And also like others, no GPS signal. I wrote to customer support and they said for "cold start" I need to be on a road and have it on for 30 minutes for it to find the satellite. ...

Like some others, I got this as an offer with my car insurance. And also like others, no GPS signal. I wrote to customer support and they said for "cold start" I need to be on a road and have it on for 30 minutes for it to find the satellite.
