Verbal and visual directions not synchronised

These include TMC (Traffic Message Channel), which can re-route you to avoid congestion, and Bluetooth, allowing you to use it as a hands-free kit for your phone. Excellent usability helped, but it's a shame the directions are not so easy to follow around...

Awkward user interface and menu system. Lacks turn-by-turn list view.

An awkward user interface makes the ViaMichelin X-970 difficult to operate. And for approximately the same price, you can buy Magellan's Maestro 4050 or the Mio C520, both of which have bigger, 4.3-inch wide screens.
