HIS' latest HD 4670 card comes equipped with the VGA Silencer made by Arctic Cooling. It also features an extra 30 MHz core clock. Even though it is factory overclocked we saw another 10% overclocking potential on both core and memory.

Getting a blue screen while I am trying to install drivers, I think the HDMI sound is causing it but I am not sure

It has the newest drivers that just came out this month, A clean install was done When this card came. Windows XP Pro 32 bit OS EVEREST stress test went well....

Uninstalled the HIS drivers, which worked fine, with Driver Cleaner.NET, and installed the ATI 9.9 AGP Hotfix drivers. The ATI drivers are clearly better, and games and Windows are much happier
