Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 2GB Vapor-X Video Card Review

By Nathan Kirsch (legitreviews.com)

The SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 4890 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 video card is one of the fastest single slot graphics cards on the market today. This versatile and powerful card has 2GB of high-performance GDDR5 memory running at 1050MHz, while the core ...

In my opinion, the Vapor X line is one of the best on the market, striking a great balance between enthusiast features (excellent and quiet cooling), bleeding edge performance, and a modest price premium

Sapphire Radeon HD 4650 512MB

By Max Slowik (thetechlounge.com)

I was a little noncommittal in recommending the 4670 and I suspect that I'm pretty much in the same boat with regards to the 4650. On the one hand, these are inexpensive cards with impressiv...

It's a great value, Uses a negligible amount of power, Compact and single-slot, Good HD 4000-series video playback,

Completely eclipsed by slightly more expensive hardware, Meager overclocking, Under-quiet, Not the cheapest HD 4650,

Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 1GB OC

By Max Slowik (thetechlounge.com)

Alright. Time for a refresh, it's almost spring, and that's the season for growing video cards. The HD 4890 is, for all intensive porpoises, a retooled HD 4870, which, in my humble opin...

Great single-GPU performance, All-around improvement, Much, much better AA performance, Overclocked with extra overclocking headroom,

Still consumes a lot of power, Prices not set in stone,

Bought. Worked. Good buy.

By Robert (newegg.com)

recomended for anyone that needs a cheap but powerful card.

bought for my friend, great looking/working card ; This card runs 2 FPS slower than an NVidia Geforce 9500 gt in ; Call of duty: Modern Warfare ; 1280x1024 ; 4xAA ; all settings on/Highest ; ATI card scored 34.22 fps average, NVidia scored 36.27 fps avera...

Good Cheap Video Card - Great for Price

By milkmandan (newegg.com)

Using this card to power a dual monitor set up. Non gaming, purely for business and work. the occasional HD videos and maybe slight slight gaming. nothing intense, so this works wonders.

Doesn't require additional pci-e power ; Small, low-profile ; 2 x DVI ; inexpensive (not cheap, just low priced) good deal if anything

I wish the fan was a little bigger for better cooling, but i doubt this card get very hot anyways
