XFX GTX-285 XXX

By Mark Taliaferro (bjorn3d.com)

The new XFX GTX-285 XXX 55 nm shrunk die is out, we have one of these beasts on the test bench and we're going to drive it until we run out of gas. [

We are trying out a new addition to our scoring system to provide additional feedback beyond a flat score. Please note that the final score isn't an aggregate average of the new rating system

Manufacturer's Description

If you're in the market for a graphics card that outperforms the XFX NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280, check out the XFX NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 graphics card, which offers 10% greater performance than the 280 and exceptional power consumption - and that's before overclocking. Based on the 55nm G200b core, the XFX NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 graphics card has a higher reference clock, yet it consumes far less power, making it one truly cool card.
