XFX Radeon HD 5770 Review

The Radeon HD 5770 is AMD's only GPU that hasn't been recently updated; it's still based on AMD's first DX11 architecture.

Terrific warranty; triple-monitor support with just one card

Gaming performance is so-so; relatively high power consumption at idle

This card is 8.5 inches long, so will fit in most PC cases, and takes just a single 6-pin power connector. You’ll want a 450W PSU. As with all recent-generation AMD GPUs, it fully supports HDMI multichannel-audio pass-through. One of the real strong...

PowerColor Radeon HD 5770 PCS+ Video Card

A little over a year after the initial introduction of the Radeon HD 5770, PowerColor is still tweaking their take on what was then a revolutionary card for the mid-range price segment. Benchmark Reviews has the PowerColor AX5770 1GBD5-PPGV2 and has...

Lots of great features ; Extremely low power consumption ; 1GB of GDDR5 memory ; Easy to overclock and CrossfireX ; Lots of cooling headroom ; Requires only one 6-pin power connector ; HDMI and DisplayPort native interfaces ; Great price with rebates...

No voltage control in ATI Overdrive, no PowerColor tool available ; Somewhat expensive compared to current Radeon lineup

While the PowerColor AX5770 1GBD5-PPGV2 performed well enough to play in almost all of our game titles (you might need to lower the settings a little on the DX11 titles), it only just kept up with its competition, the GTS450. We have seen the AX5770...

PowerColor Radeon HD 5770 Eyefinity 5 Edition Review

The Power Color Eyefinity 5 edition provides a uniquely inexpensive means for a multi-monitor setup many yearn for.

To measure core GPU temperature, MSI's Kombustor was used. The idle temperature was taken after leaving nothing running for up to 15 minutes. The load temperature was taken 15 minutes after starting Kombuster for Multi-Core graphics cards.

PowerColor Radeon HD5770 1GB GDDR5 PCS+ Version Graphic Card Review

Same thing, different heatsink – that's how I could best sum it up.

The PCS+ version restails for RM 599 or so, quite a good deal considering you get a better heatsink.

PowerColor Radeon HD 5770 Video Card Review

Gaming has come a long way over the years. I can remember back to early days of my childhood when I was playing old school Atari. The graphics were far from impressive by today's standards, but at the time they were pretty great. As the years went...

Price ; Surround sound built in ; CrossFire Ready ; Supports ATI Stream parallel processing ; Eyefinity multi-display functionality

PowerColor produced a great release of the Radeon 5770, which produced great results and an awesome, realistic gaming experience. The shear eye candy and realism of the graphics was excellent with this card, but its abilities don't stop there. The...

Good bang for the buck

OK, seriously I bet half of the people who complain about failing cards A.) Don't clean computer components...dusty cards and fans heat up faster, you have to clean your stuff otherwise it overheats and breaks. B.) You have horrible need...

Great Card for the $$

Have had good luck with Sapphire cards over the years.

Been running two of these cards in CrossFire for almost two years. No issues whatsoever. Used for running MS FSIM X @ 1920x1200, playable fps even at ultra high settings. Great frame rates at high settings

Slightly noisy, wish the cooling was set up to vent our the rear
