if you have a kitchen, you have to have this!

 

Built to last. Heats up fast. Made hamburgers and steaks that taste wonderful and didn't set off the sensitive smoke alarm off in my condo unlike when I use my range and grease doesn't get everywhere. Cools down quickly and is easy to clean.

Great Product so far

 

Heats to 450 deg in 5 minutes then seers shrimp and scallops nicely in 2 minutes or large chicken breast in 8 minutes at 350 deg. It is heavy so difficult to store in overhead cabinet but stands up nicely in floor level cabinet or pantry.

My only complaint is that I had to buy a second ribbed grill plate. I believe that customers ought to be given the option of two ribbed plates, two flat ones,or one of each (which is your current practice). I would never use your product to make...

Great for making paninis and also works well for indoor grilling Pro: Even heating with quick warmup and recovery. Con: Matching plates should be included with set, sold separately they are rather expensive.

Fantastic Grill

 

Great looking, high end look. Heavy construction. I left it out on my counter. Appliance locks so it can be stored vertically and horizontally. Heats up fast. Even cooking. Cooks hamburger patties in under 4 mins.

Well designed and engineered product. Plates are easy to remove/clean/insert. Great for 1 sandwich/meat/veggy or multiple...up to 4 pieces. No special sponges needed. Haven't seen the black powder on back of plates others have mentioned. Plug is easy...
