Poor quality stainless steel that rusts immediately! Very,very disappointing as the design and looks

was not their problem. I lost count the amount of times we contacted the office and rep and the problem was never followed up until we made contact once again. In the end the owner of the store where we purchased the BBQ helped us as much as possible...

Cooks food well, lovely looking unit until it starts to rust!

Expensive for the quality of stainless steel used in manufacturing the BBQ. Very poor back up service from Gasmate!

Extremely poor back up service from Gasmate. This BBQ cost us almost $5500 and virtually started rusting from day one. Gasmate said that the BBQ was not covered for rust but our understanding of buying stainless steel and spending the amount we did,...
