Awesome grill...

It's small --good for a couple chops, burgers. Ideal for just making a few items.

Nice size for a small kitchen.

No negatives --works great.

GF Mini Grill

OK. So, I've been wondering about the GF Grills for a long time. I thought that their popularity would have died out by now. The fact that they have been available for since the '90's and are still going strong, finally prompted me to purchase this...

Does what it says it will do-fat drips away from the food.

Pain to clean.

Superb value on sale

Yes, cleaning it might be less than desired, however, for the fact that I purchased this for 16 dollars on sale, it was a steal. We purchase frozen pre-made vidalia onion burgers and if they had a smokey flavor, they'd taste like they were off the...

Compact - great for 1-2 people Cooking quality was great True crisp marks on burgers Drains substantial amounts of fat away

Cleaning - The lid when lifted will often let drippings fall 'behind' the bottom grill plate, which is irritating to clean. Also, as others mentioned, wished the plates were removable for easier cleaning. "Scrub each ridge" method required to clean, as...

Lean mean fat Grillin machine

Does what it is supposed to do. My last one (family size) broke so I bought this one. Heats up quick and cooks the food like it should.

Good for indoor cooking

I don't even remember where I got this model but it was about 10 years ago and it still works fine. The grilling surface is starting to discolor but hasn't gotten sticky yet. After years of fighting to clean this on the edge of the sink, I finally...

VERY DURABLE -mine is going on 10 years. Small (will only cook 2-4 hamburgers at a time), works on any meat, veggies, and makes good grilled cheese Easy to clean -especially while it's still warm (try wet paper towels). The included spatula looks wimpy...

Heavy, bun warmer will make things gooey if used while cooking food in the grill (the steam will get to the bun), the clip for the bun warmer lid broke (think remote control battery lid), have to tilt it to drain more grease when cooking hamburgers....

Cooks Like a Champ..Cleans Like a Wimp...

I know it was designed to be health conscious by draining away the fat drippings but I like my burgers and steak juicier that what this grill will produce. I wish the rear legs were adjustable so that the user can choose whether to cook in the...

It's basically plug & play. Very quick to reach cooking temperature. It will have your meat sizzling within a matter of seconds. Unless you are making sliders, don't expect to be able to cook more than one patty or steak at a time. The bun warmer is a...

The cooking surfaces are not removeable so cleaning is time consuming and cumbersome. I wish they would design it so that the cooking plates can be removed for washing.

Best Grill I've owned!!

It has a bun WARMER. What is does NOT have is a bun TOASTER! It 'warms' the bun, it doesn't 'toast' it. That's what a 'toaster' is for.

Much better than the George Foreman GR0038W grill. I've had both and this one surpasses the other!! The most effective thing about this grill is the hinge! Yes,... the hinge! This one's adjustable!! No matter how relatively thick the meat is, it'll...

Kinda heavy. Cumbersome when cleaning.

Its the champ!

Does the job, has plenty of room for 2 average sized burgers, grease comes off easy

Bun warmer isn't great. Its so mild heat that instead of toasting, it just makes it turn warm and gooey.

Product Specifications

This 800-watt grill is another variant of the popular George Foreman Lean Mean Fat-Reducing Grilling Machine. Its appeal lies in its simplicity and countertop convenience--not to mention its fat-fighting ability. The double-sided grill (with nonstick cooking surface) is large enough to simultaneously cook two burgers, steaks, or chicken breasts--or lots of sausage, fish, shrimp, or vegetables--on the top and bottom in minutes. (Recipes accompany the grill.) Grill marks not only look appetizing but also contribute caramelized flavor. The bottom grill's deep channels collect fat, and the grill is sloped so the fat runs off into a dishwasher-safe plastic tray (included) stationed under the unit's front. The top grill's hinge floats to accommodate foods of varying thickness. A 3 pack of specially designed grill sponges are included as a bonus.
