Putting the BBQ together did take 1 1/2 - 2 hours with a 2nd person required a couple of times. Not as bad to build as other reviews say. Just follow the instructions. Once built the BBQ cooks very well and looks fantastic.

Exactly as described. Perfect, as another reviewer said not the thickest material but so far it's stood up to wind, rain, sleet & snow very wel!
