Outstanding quality. In a time when branding, marking etc. means that paying more doesn't always get you more - This is pricey but you DO GET MORE.

Easy to assemble. A great looking, well designed and constructed grilling appliance. A bit on the expensive side but high quality is definitely part of the price.

One shelf was damaged in shipping. I called Home Depot and they replaced it immediately. Home Depot is the best. I love this grill. Food cooks evenly and is always perfectly done. This grill makes anybody a great cook.

This is a very nice grill. We put it together ourselves and wasn't too hard. Cooks great! Only problem we have is ignitor not working most of the time. It clicks and sounds like it's sparking, but the gas doesn't light.

Good overall quality. Assembly takes time and better done by two people. Made a mistake installing gas line and Webber guys were very helpful solving the problem

What a nice change from the tinny grills we have had in the past. Parts heavy and strong, easy clean up. With our piped in gas we are enjoying hot and fast cooking.

I purchased Genesis E310 model in February 2012. The quality of the grill and all associated parts are excellent except the magnet door retainers (2) that hold the two bottom doors closed are plastic and flimsy and one of them is broken already.
