Bought this raclette grill for party I hosted with a group of friends, it did the job just fine. The grill heated up quickly, and was easy to clean. It did the job, and the price couldn't be beat.

I think perhaps the stone is too thick or the grill is not powerful enough, it takes almost 30 mins before I hear any sizzling. But once it's hot enough, it cooks well. Easy to clean.
