A few things are being cut to keep the cost down. The weights which are in the stand. The metal extension tub to the stand is half the size. But the HUD dryer is as good as before. Early days. I hope they haven't skimp on that!!

I thought it wouldnt be powerful enough for my hair but its great. value for money also

Comfortable temperature

Not powerful enough, takes longer to dry the hair. Otherwise, it is an excellent piece of equipment.
