does what it says on the box.however it is a little on the heavy side.this does not detract from its use.

My previous dryer was the same make as this one and I had it for years but unfortunately it packed in. As the last one was so good I bought the same again..

good value for money hairdryer only negative point is that I would prefer the cord to be longer

The only fault I have encountered is that the concentrator nozzle won't stay on - I've had to stick it on with tape. Apart from this great temperature and power and looks very stylish.
