Don't Sweat

Plantronics no hassle support is nice, just mail the unit in and they will replace it. I give up on stereo BT headsets for working out, I have destroyed a Motorola S9 (X2) and the Backbeat. My Sony DRBT160AS headset is the only one that has managed my...

Comfortable, sound quality, BT range issues are dependent on the paired device, works great with my Nokia X6, not so good with my Cowon S9 MP3 player. Conversations are crisp microphone works great

Controls and sweating will short the unit out. My first unit I couldn't power it off or back on after sweat ruined it. It stayed on until the battery died and then would not recharge. My second unit arrived with the spring for the volume up control...

It's A Keeper

They paired easily for me and are very comfortable. The extra legacy-type 3.5mm transmitter won't win any distance awards but it's fine if you have your source close to you. The neckline mount is nice and allows for a better antenna system and feature...

This system is great to use. The 3.5mm transmitter pairs to the headphones easily. I tried it with an old iPod Nano and it worked well. Paired to my HTC phone and 2 different Bluetooth stacks easily. Battery life claims seem to be met. Good sound...

Plantronics has packed a lot into these headphones. Most of the buttons do double or triple duty. You might find that a blessing or a curse ; My one concern is build quality. "Mil-spec" is not a term you would apply to these. Beyond that, I am a little...

Could've been great

The Volume and Track +/- button are the same. You have to hold the Volume + or - button to advance track. Pretty annoying. They should have made separate buttons all together. They need to: Better fitment in to ear canal Fix connection issues Change...

The Idea ; Comfortable ; Light weight ; Easy to use ; Good sound quality, and I consider myself and audiophile

I have received two of these DOA as far as I'm concerned. Both units had horrible distortion in the left speaker. You can still hear the distortion at low volume levels. Makes it un-listenable ; I can walk almost 20 feet away from these in a straight...

Decent

If this headset is to be used outdoors one should seriously consider getting an arm strap for their device so it can be closer to the headset. I havent sweat all over these things, but I have worn them out in heavy rain. Not the best of ideas I know,...

Lightweight and comfortable ; Great sound quality for listening to music, though it does have limitations ; Dual Mics and DPS help with noise cancellation.. sometimes

When used Indoors in low interference areas the reception between the phone and headset is good. Unfortunately, when Outdoors or in places with high amounts of RF interference, the connection drops to all hell. If you're a fast mover you wont hear much...

Backbeat

Great concept but there's too much going on in both ear buds that moisture can creep into. I'll stick to my $29 buck LG HBS 200, it's not as flexible, loud (for working out in the gym), low(so I could play it in a quite place without anyone hearing it)...

I was into this unit. It plays well and sounds great and it's out of the way while working out

I've had this for a week and if you like to work out ; DON'T SWEAT"!!!!!! My unit's volume can only turn up with the volume switch and the play/pause switch. I can't pause, FF or REV, change next song and increase base anymore and I've owned this for...

Plantronics Behind-The-Ear Stereo Bluetooth Headset (Backbeat 906)

If someone is looking for a wireless head set, Heck, for the price these can't be beat. $65 bucks. Did is say they were comfortable.

Comfortable headset. I bought these to try wear with my motorcycle helmet. I got these as a cheap alternative to the headset made for helmets. Plus these do more than the expensive ones. Comfortable

Charging is NOT proprietary!

Have just purchased these through 3bay and will write back with my thoughts on them - just wanted to leave this review so people know that is isn't a special charger for them, it is the latest, newest and best charger available for these.

Just wanted to tell everyone that the charger is NOT proprietary like one user said, the charger is micro-usb instead of the older mini-usb format, giving you the ability to charge your new phone and this headset on the same charger. Micro-usb is what...

Look elsewhere

Great computers. Not disappointed as of yet. DVD malfx is understood. Real test is Acer fixing it.

Fits perfectly ; Consistent signal and sound quality in comparison to other bluetooth headsets ; Being able to mute sound and switch to the integrated mic is a plus

Used during workouts for just under two months, then kicked the bucket, hasn't turned on since

BAD

Got these to listen to audio books while I walk. Placing the transmitter and ipod in my pocket is too fa away for the headset and it cuts in and out constantly. Only thing that worked was clipping it to my collar!

Somewhat comfortable to wear

RANGE! These cut in and out continuously if the transmitter is more than 1 ft from the headset. Makes it fairly useless since the whole point of wireless is range
