Sennheiser CX299

Very tinny sound almost to the point of being unlistenable. Not only that but the left bud failed after only 3 weeks of use. Sennheisers seem incredibly inconsistent even within similar price ranges.

The Sennheiser PC 230 has the largest frequency response ranges for both the speaker and the microphone of any VoIP headset we reviewed. However, what it has in audio quality, it lacks in comfort and features.

I hate iPod earbuds and decided to find some decent, but not too expensive, over-the-ear headphones. These fit the bill perfectly. They are very lightweight and comfortable. The sound quality is acceptable and I'll take them over earbuds every time!
