Ever been on a group Skype call with your coworkers and had to wait for them to unmute themselves after being addressed, or needed to mute yourself because the dog was barking in the background? The easily accessible mute button is one of the biggest...

Solid design. Big mute button right on the cord. Never had any driver issues despite using it in a variety of computers

Slightly uncomfortable after hours of use, but don't let that discourage you

Great Headset

I run a Managed Services company. We use these over Skype to talk to all of our customers and absolutely love them

I have ordered 4 of these. Sound quality is different between all of them. Some have strong bass others do not. One headset had the right ear completely non-functional. We only use them for phone calls and they are great for that though

Great product!

I think the guy that commented before me just got unlucky since he said that the headset arrived dead. Oh well, it can happen on a rare occasion, but im sure newegg can take care of that problem with no trouble. The product had a good price so i...

Good price, good sound (good amount of bass), good design (I particularly like it because you can't break it unless you do it on purpose), wire chord that comes out of the left ear (for me that's important), good microphone, nice cushy material for...

None, for the most part. It won't take a lot of time to get used to the pressure on the ears, and microphone could have been a little more sensitive, but i wouldn't really say that it's a con

You get what you pay for.

Worth it, but very picky.

The headset itself is rather uncomfortable at times, and will be for extended use, and until you've gotten used to it, it's tight, but it stays in place like it should. The headset also had a problem staying connected to the USB port with my laptop,...

The headset itself is very nice, and has a few features I liked ; On windows, the headset was automatically installed and working within a few seconds, the headset has a hardware mute for the mic itself, and has volume controls

The volume controls only send a "Vol+/Vol-/Mute" signal to the PC, so if you have it setup so the headset isn't the default sound device. (I use it only for VOIP), those controls become useless to you, but the Mic Mute button works fine ; The headset's...

Piece of Junk

Stick with electronics made in U.S. or Asia. The French obviously don't have a clue with how to make headphones.

Not much. The only plus was that Windows XP seemed to have no problems loading the drivers automatically

Took it out of the box and plugged in the USB. For some reason it immediately adjusted all my volume levels to maximum and about deafened me the first time I used it. The headset was too tight on my head. After about 3 minutes of use, the plastic...

My last headset's Mic died as well, which is the reason i bought this Mic. The Mic was basically what i wanted the headset for, and since its not working that well, i only gave this a 3 star rating. Otherwise this is an A++ headset, especially for the...

Very nice controls. Nice sound. Feels pretty nice once you get used to it. No disc required

The Mic has this very high pitched annoying sound when its on. I can't get it to stop either. As soon as i get it to stop this will be a 5 star product
