Total waste of money. I made one business call and the guy could not hear me. I called my spouse to have her listen to how I sound. She couldn't hear either. Straight to the trash can after that.

Mic shorted after two months. Just outside the return window. Also Mac buyers beware: the mic works fine with iDevices like the iPhone / iPad but requires a USB adapter for iMac / MacBook.

I plugged in the mic, and my mac only pics up sound when I tap on it, but not when I talk...or yell. The connections apparently work fine, but the mic itself does not. The audio quality from the headphones is fine.

Great product for the price - I don't remember how I got along without it. I spend about 4-5 hours a day on conference calls and the headset is comfortable all day and sounds great.

The headphones work great. The microphone works great and the sound is really good. I even use them for music. The headphones do feel a bit cheap,but for the price it is still a great value.
