Best in ear earbuds!

These are my favorite in ear earbuds! These are for audiophiles that enjoy life in their music. The sounds are rich, clear, and some punch in the bass without it overpowering everything else. Also, the warranty is awsome, sennheiser really takes care...

good but not great

The ie80's are a good bass preferred headphone but the mids are a little dark. The headphone is much easier and better to listen to for long periods than my shure 535's. But lacks a little in the mids, they seem to get a little hidden behind the bass....

GREAT IEM's!! Buy them!

If you're looking for great clarity and reproduction with excellent bass, than these are for you. Once you find the proper seal these earphones will deliver excellent sound and I have been listening to these more than my high-end headphones (HiFi Man...

Buy these Now!

I looked everywhere for a good set of buds and this has been the best so far, I tried the shure 425 and sent them back to Best Buy. Don't get me wrong they are great in there own right, but I needed more bass, and these Sennheiser - IE 80's handle that...

Very Pleasing Sound

I own / have owned various 'high end' headphones including SE530's, 425's, 215's, Monster Turbines, and QC15's. I really enjoy the Shure upper line #armature drivers - clarity#, but still enjoyed the bass of my Monsters #dynamic drivers# until they...

Sennheiser IE 80 review

The Sennheiser IE 80 earphones aren't the cheapest around but they do offer premium build quality and adjustable bass response. Here's our verdict...

Bass tweaking ; Comfortable design ; Powerful all-round sound

High price tag ; Giant case

The £269 price tag is quite high for a pair of in-ear headphones but the sound quality of the Sennheiser IE 80s is excellent, and the comfort and durability that stand out over impressive but fragile rivals.

Sennheiser IE80 review

We like music. We like it even more when it is beamed to our ear-holes via super high end headphones. Until recently our set of Atomic Floyd SuperDarts have remained our go to kit for music listening. Sennheiser thinks they can replace them with the...

Tuneable bass, brilliant accessories

Bit flimsy, expensive

Sennheiser IE 80

The audiophile basshead IE range is back with a new flagship.

Excellent bass ; Great detail

Minor upgrade over IE 8 ; Average looks ; Bass dial arguably unnecessary

All this is just useless window dressing, of course, if they don't sound any good.

Sennheiser IE 80 Review

There's no denying the build or sound quality of these top-notch Sennheisers

We were rather fond of the old Sennheiser IE 8 in-ears. Massively comfortable, well made and deeply, adjustably bassy, they were great for fluid tunes on a long commute. But it's possible they were ju

The slick, sliver industrial sheen of the Sennhesier IE 80s is complemented by a matching hard case, too big for a jacket pocket but large enough to house the accessories including the mini screw driver which adjusts the bass screw on the side of each...

The $529 price tag is quite high for a pair of in-ear headphones but the sound quality of the Sennheiser IE 80s is excellent, and the comfort and durability that stand out over impressive but fragile rivals.
