I had a nicer one that broke (ran it over with my chair) so i decided to try this one out....I've had it for a few months now and it's still going, just had to get used to the tinnier sound compared to my other one. works fine with vista or xp

It's loud, has in-line controls for volume, and mic mute. Long cord. It's usb

the sound is a bit tinny, and i have the mic level cranked and some say they still cant hear me very well...no way to boost the mic level anymore

I would have been satisfied had it been 10$ after shipping.. but that's not the case.

it works, good volume, mic is okay

Feels cheap. Pure plastic ; I didn't know what to expect, but I have bought several other headsets in the same price range and all have had MUCH better sound quality, and a MUCH better feel/appearance to them (Altec Lans!ng & Log!tech)
