Sound glorious, bass when you need it, well-balanced, removable cable

Grip your head quite right, hard to adjust

Great sound, nicely balanced and, for the most part, comfortable to wear. The head clamp is extreme, but then with that comes some of the best noise isolation we've experienced with a pair of headphones.

Focal Spirit One

First off, let us just say that these headphones ooze quality straight out of the box. The design is stunning and the build quality is excellent – far above what you'd expect for a pair of $299 headphones.

Luxurious; audiophile sound; good price for what you get

Smallish earcups; tight fit

Available in black or white, the award-winning, high-fidelity Focal Spirit One headphones are a real treat for your iOS devices. We would recommend trying them on before buying if you have adult male ears, however.
