Jabra Stone review: Jabra Stone

Not many Bluetooth headsets combine style and performance, and when they do, they stand out. Examples include the Aliph Jawbone Prime , the BlueAnt Q1 , and the Plantronics Discovery 975 . Jabra, a company that has been in the Bluetooth business a long...

The Jabra Stone has a one-of-a-kind design that combines a headset with a portable charger. The headset fits easily over the ear and is small enough not to be noticed. Features include multipoint technology and A2DP streaming.

The Jabra Stone's controls are difficult to use; we wish it had a snugger fit; and the call quality could be improved. It also fits around only the right ear.

While we love the style, portability, and feature set of the Jabra Stone, it does suffer from a few design and performance issues.

Jabra Stone Review

Up until now, choosing a Bluetooth headset has demanded you pick between outright style and audio performance. Devices like the Plantronics Discovery 975 and the Jawbone PRIME have gone some way in disguising their boom microphones and preserving sound...

Jabra Stone

Forget going all day; the new Jabra Stone won't even last through one conference call. This appealingly tiny new Bluetooth headset has some good features, but ultimately it can't keep you connected for much more than an hour at a time. That's...

Plays music through a mono headset. Tiny. Good voice quality

Absolutely abysmal battery life. Poor performance in very noisy areas. No on-off switch

The Jabra Stone is an innovative little headset that even plays music—it just doesn't play it for very long.

A Pebble In Your Pocket: The Jabra STONE Bluetooth Headset Reviewed

I've been a Jabra user for many years, and with my older headset beginning to show its age, I wondered if the small STONE could suffice for this large man. What I found was much more than I was expecting, with only a few "gotchas". Read on to hear more!

Small & Stylish;, Charges while in STONE portable charging unit;, Charges through MicroUSB

Those missing a right ear need not apply;, Slightly tinny & lackluster sound when streaming audio;, Price is on the high side

Jabra Stone

When it comes to Bluetooth handsets Jabra is quite a well known name and the Stone is one of the company's newest models

While this headset is somewhat pricey the Stone is easy-to-use, quite stylish and very functional.

Jabra Stone Review

Jabra's most stylish Bluetooth headset yet.

The Jabra Stone is an incredibly sleek device with some great features. Keep in mind that the device only fits in on the right ear and you’ll want to test that it fits comfortably on your ear before you buy it. If you do find it a good fit, you’ll love...

Jabra STONE Bluetooth Headset Review

Bluetooth headsets should be about sound quality, battery life and functionally.  But in a world in which you're judged by how good you look fortunately there is the Jabra STONE. Unfortunately, that's most of what it has to offer.

Killer design ; Light weight ; Charger doubles as a holster

Sound quality is crappy for callers ; Touch volume button doesn't work ; Sound cancellation is just poor
