Grado SR60 Headphones Review - Intro

The Grado SR60s follow the trend of all other Grado headphones: an open-backed design with a large air chamber. This automatically means the SR60s are best suited for a home environment, where they will provide an open, airy listening experience....

Conclusion Really, we can't say much more about the SR60s that we didn't already say in their value section. They look like cheap plastic or, at best, provide some '80s nostalgia aesthetics. Their sound quality is never bad, but it's not really...

Grado SR60

These bulky but effective open-air headphones with solid bass and midrange response are the least expensive headphones we tested that are worth the addition of an amp. If you're into the retro look, value durability, and want an extra-long cable, then...

Grado SR60

Retro-styled, over-the-ear model; sounds swell with portables; big bass; lively sonics.

Not the slickest-looking or most comfortable 'phones you can buy.

Grado's cheapest headphones belt out big sound with pint-size portable audio devices.

Grado SR60i Review

Great value for your price

Grado SR60i headphones can be your favorite for a number of reasons. Not for its down to earth price but at the same time, its funky style may impress you the best. People just love these headphones for their reasonable price and multi-function...

Well, some drawbacks of the Grado SR60i headphone sets might disappoint you as well. First, these headphones are not befitting when you are outside. Next, the thick cable and the open design of this headphone set may create obstacles sometimes

Grado SR60i is priced at $79.00.

Grado SR60i Headphones

The SR60i by Grado headphones are most known for their retro or old school look but also for their extreme high sound quality, nothing for this price sound any better. The SR60i have a very rich and natural sound with great detailed bass, clear highs...

Grado Labs SR60

The SR60s are an on-ear option from Grado Labs. They certainly have a different aesthetic when compared to other modern headphones. They look a bit 80s, and the plastic looks cheap, but they have a certain nostalgic charm. The cups can rotate in a full...

A scientific, in-depth analysis with side-by-side comparisons

Really, we can’t say much more about the SR60s that we didn’t already say in their value section. They look like cheap plastic or, at best, provide some ‘80s nostalgia aesthetics. Their sound quality is never bad, but it’s not really outstanding...

"Great Sound, really good headphones"

If you can deal with the minor details, the actual sound on the thing is real good, i love listening to this especially for rock songs or classical music. fantastic.

Awesome Sound, I actually loved the retro throw back look

They felt a little loose, the wire was too long for something like an ipod or mp3 player and easy to trip on, they feel cheaply made, not at all portable so you need to be careful with them

Consumer review by:

"Excellent for most applications"

Great deal for price point. Amazing sound quality and reliable manufacturer.

Frequency response is excellent for the price. Manufacturer is responsive and serious about customer satisfaction. Grado replaced my SR60 ear foam free of charge after 2 years of use, no questions asked.

Not for spaces with a lot of ambient noise.
