Best headphones I've heard

Listened to many types of headphones and compared them to these myself, ex: beats, bose, sony, skullcandy, etc., the bose qc 15s in my opinion gave the 428s the best comparison otherwise everyother headphone sounded kinda crappy to me. I used to love the beats but now i dont really like them much cuz their overpriced, the studio's noise cancelling is pretty cool tho. But yea i culdnt be happier w/ my purchase and i really like sennheiser now just b/c of these.

Tight bass, balanced mids and vocals, transparent soundstage, very comfortable, scratch resistant build and reasonable $80 price tag

Short cable limits their versatility, not travel friendly

After dozens of hours of listening, though, I think anyone who purchases them will be pleased by the sound quality that a good pair of headphones such as the HD 428 can provide.
