I bought this for my boyfriend so that we could listen to the same thing at the same time. It's perfect for us!

This splitter worked well enough for the first hour or so of use. However, after a few hours, it took a lot of manipulation for the unit to work. The next day, the unit stopped working over all. Don't waste your money on this!

The Monoprice Headphone Slitter with seperate volume controls works great for sharing the football and/or basketball game from my mp3 with my husband. We don't fight over the volume because we can control our own. Good product for the price.
