Jabra C820s review: Jabra C820s

Clearly modeled after Bose's popular QuietComfort 2 noise-canceling headphones, Jabra's much more affordable C820s headphones are comfortable to wear, offer decent sound, and have effective noise-canceling circuitry, and they fold up for compact...

They don't sound or feel quite as good as the QuietComfort 2.

For about a third of the price, Jabra's C820s noise-canceling headphones deliver much of what the Bose QuietComfort 2 headphones offer.

Jabra C820s Headphones Review

The name Jabra has become synonymous with Bluetooth earpieces for wireless phones. I have owned several and, in fact, I am currently using the BT250. I have come to expect quality products from

Excellent Active Noise Cancellation ; Very comfortable ; Removable headphone cable ; Good value

Sound can be a bit bright at higher levels and with rock music ; Noise cancellation feature slightly degrades sonic quality of music

An excellent choice of noise canceling headphones for the budget conscious.

Decent sound and noise cancelling, price

Jabra C820s

For about a quarter of the price, Jabra's C820s noise-cancelling headphones deliver much of what the Bose QuietComfort 2 headphones offer.

Comfortable to wear ; Offer decent sound ; Effective noise-cancelling circuitry ; Fold up for compact storage in their included carrying case

Don't sound or feel quite as good as the QuietComfort 2

What's it all add up to? Well, despite failing to measure up to the model it chooses to imitate, the C820s gets most of the way there for a fraction of the cost. In other words, if you're looking for the poor man's Bose, this is it.

Jabra C820s

Excellent value, sound and noise cancelling. Too many reviews say Bose NC headphones have broken. Will update if the C820s give any trouble.

Excellent, hav'nt tried Bose but seem equal to Audio Technica anc7b

Hope they dont crack like some reviews have suggested

Jabra C820s

I have owned these headphone for a year and could not be happier. There is really differnce in the sound they produce compared to a bose At 1/3 of the price. The other morning I didn't notice my train arrive!!

Great Value for money. Fantatic noise canelling

Flimsy plastic headphone brackets. Headphone socket only allows thin cables to be used
