Bad (really bad) sound quality

I'm not sure what the hell people are listening to and what they are used to in terms of headphones and general sound quality. Maybe they listen to a really low quality ripped mp3s on iphone or whatever, but sound quality of this is really, REALLY bad....

Good replacement

The first I got didn't work, but they quickly replaced them. They are long, comfortable and sturdy. They also last longer than other brands for me.
