JVC HA-FXC80 review

This is one of the best looking pairs of earphones we've seen. The drivers are tiny, sitting right at the tip of the plug in a bid to reduce what JVC calls diffused reflection. They come with a smart case, three choices of ear fitting and removable ear...

A smart design and crisp high frequencies, but the bass response is weak.

Great sound, HORRIBLE quality

JVC customer support? call an 8OO number that leads you nowhere, and gives you "support and replacement" numbers and locations that do NOT replace or support, unless they mean sell you other jvc parts. Last JVC anything i will be purchasing.

Great sound quality, comfortable

2nd pair, first ones fell apart about 3 months in, 2nd pair, sound became choppy then almost altogether cut out for no apparent reason

Great sound, Easily breakable

Really like the sound of the earbuds, would give it 5 eggs, except for they only lasted about 3 1/2 months. At this price point, i would hope for some better quality plastics holding the speakers together, and the connector. I keep pretty good care of...

Fantastic sound, great, crisp highs, and powerful bass (for earbuds) They fit well, and are small and easy to tote around (in their convenient carrying case) and comfortable for hours on end (with appropriate earpiece)

Had them for 3 months before they fell apart on me, first one of the in-ear drivers came lose, then about a week later the other one did, and although it still played, it is still broken, the plastic holding the in-ear drivers is kinda chinsy. The last...

Great sounding Phones

I was a little nervous spending this much on a pair of headphones, but after Listening to these, I'm really glad I didn't skimp out on cheap phones. I would not hesitate to buy these again.

These JVC phones are Outstanding. They have crystal clear highs, good mids, and solid bass. The driver appears to be the same as the FXC50, but has slightly brighter highs, and a much, much wider soundstage. They are comfortable, I can wear them for...

Limited to the tips they come with. With the unique shape of the micro HD driver, I havent found any replacement tips that fit correctly, however the phones do come with 3 sets of buds

Good sound, bad fit

My old Shure E3c headphones broke. After trying different brands (JVC, Sony, Bose) I went back to Shure -- the sound is great and the ear-canal piece is tiny, so they never feel uncomfortable.

Beautiful, crisp sound, with clear treble and powerful bass

The in-the-ear piece is *huge*, which makes these painful to use. Even with the smallest earpiece these feel very uncomfortable. Make sure your ear canal is big before you buy these. It's a pity, because I truly love the sound, but they are poorly...
