JVC HA-NC100 Noise Canceling Headphones

The excellently designed JVC HA-NC100 Noise Canceling Headphones are the perfect complement to your MP3 player, especially for travel.

The JVC HA-NC100 Noise Canceling Headphones are inexpensive and feature comfortable ear cups, a convenient fold-up design, an autoretracting 5-foot cord, and solid sound quality. They also include a carrying case and an airplane adapter.

The noise-cancellation feature of the JVC HA-NC100 Noise Canceling Headphones affects only lower frequencies, plus the headphones are a bit weak on bass.

The cushy JVC HA-NC100 Noise Canceling headphones don't block out ambient noise entirely, but they do a good job of reducing it--and for an affordable price.

JVC HA-NC100

These noise cancelers aren't as compact as the AKGs, but they provide excellent noise reduction, with 20- to 30-dB reductions throughout most of the range.

JVC HA-NC100 Noise-Canceling Headphones

Flying is brutal. And the cramped seat and substandard food aren't the only things that do you in. Noise is the unseen enemy. You may think you can merely adjust to it and ignore it—but that is physically impossible. Jet-turbine noise gives your...

JVC HA-NC100 Noise Cancelling Headphones

The cushy JVC HA-NC100 Noise-cancelling headphones don't block out ambient noise entirely, but they do a good job of reducing it -- for an affordable price as well.

Inexpensive ; Comfortable ear cups ; Convenient fold-up design ; Autoretracting 1.5-meter cord ; Solid sound quality

Noise-cancellation feature affects only lower frequencies ; A bit weak on bass

As for the headphones themselves, we found sound quality to be decent overall. Bass response seemed a little weak, and during quiet music passages, we could occasionally detect a bit of the hiss produced by the active circuit, though only in the right...

JVC HA-NC100 review

JVC HA-NC100 Noise Canceling Headphones What good is that fancy new iPod if you can't hear your tunes while riding the subway or flying coast to coast? A good pair of noise-canceling headphones can mean the difference between enjoyable listening and...

JVC HA-NC100 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Noise Cancelling Headphone

automatic cord reel. one x AAA (1.5volt) battery needed for noise cancelling, which is activated by a small switch. noise cancelling technology appears very effective

battery operated. standard plastic construction. somewhat tight fit on the ears

Not bad, a bit uncomfortable

Good sound, especially for the price. Pretty good noise-cancelling, though it's really more of a volume boost than anything else. Collapsible, folds down for easy transport, and comes with an extremely nice leather carrying pouch

A bit hard on the head, mainly on the top. Cable has worn out after about 2-3 years, warranty I received with it only lasted for one year. This is probably due to the retractable cord being pulled this way and that

Meh

I'm not happy with the purchase. I've owed them for a week and just want something better. I've had headphones that don't noise cancel, but surround your ears and fit so comfortably that they block enough noise anyway. Also the noise cancelling doesn't...

Sound quality is fine for the average user. They are fairly loud as well. I mp3 palyer used to be at 2/3's volume, and with these I keep it around half volume

They aren't very comfortable at all. I wore them for about 4 hours at work and my ears felt completely crushed afterwards. I would prefer headphones that surround your ear instead of sitting on top. The folding part in the middle rubbes against the top...

They work OK

I bought this headphone because I did not want to spend a huge amount on the top brand A headphones. The top of the headset tend to rub the top of my head a bit, and the ear cup could be a little bit bigger. Also, they don't fold to a very compact size.

Pretty good noise canceling. Sound quality is decent

Uncomfortable on long flights. Not as portable as they seem
