While the JVC HA-RX900s have decent audio quality they don't impress at the end of the day.

The JVC HA-RX900s are about as middle-of-the-road as they come.

The JVC HA-RX900 headphones provide excellent quality and performance and will keep you tapping your toes for a very long time. If you do not mind the extra weight and need a good headset for your studio editing and monitoring, or just relaxing at...

These headphones fit almost every head and ear size. They also allow hardly any leakage and produce a wide sound range

They're heavy and large with no carrying case included

Surprisingly capable for studio monitoring or editing, these headphones are not the best choice for use with portable devices.

Have to rereview these units.

In my previous review I really only knocked them for their upper and lower range. I only ever used them on my PC using the stock on board sound. After trying to get rid of the high noise floor hiss on the PC I just bought the Sound Blaster Z 3D sound...

I bought these as an exchange for my $20 Senheisser headphones, and I am sorry already. Not worth it at all, my old headphones have better sound quality, just won't cancel the outside noise so well. -I guess if you never had "Normal" set of headphones,...

Blocking noise pretty good ; Feels comfortable on my big head ; Feels sturdy and well build - even though came with the sidecap off ; The pachage is huge, the headphones too

Doesn't play as loud ; Delivered with one of the sidecaps off, not sure if it's a con, but it scared me when I saw it ; Did I mention it's not loud ; No matter how good quality your audio is, 320kbps mp3, or an 1080HD movie, Basses are flat and...

Buy em Bigger then most but comfy

Burned in for day or two and they sound beautiful. music and games are more full without rocking down the house with floor speakers. I work Mids and keeping the house quiet while I game and such is very important but I also like to listen to the...

So So..

Price is kind of steep (even on sale) for the comfort issues, and for the lack of bass in these. But if these headphones were 30-40 bucks I would have giving them a 5 star. And when you are listening to music around people they can hear every word...

These headphones sound great with mids and highs, have good enough bass i suppose, and come with a 6.3mm connector to go into my receiver, which is exactly what i needed

I mainly just use these for gaming and i can say after a hour of having these on your head they start to hurt, especially if you wear glasses it just feels like your head is being squished.. So if you are looking for long term wear comfort, these...

These sound Awesome!

Unless your an audiophile obsessed with finding the absolute best then I think you'll like these

By far the best pair of headphone I have ever owned, They sound superb and go nicely with a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Titanium Fata1ty Pro sound card on computer or Xbox 360, They are a steal if you can get them cheap, The length of the wire is a pro...

The wire length can be a bit of a problem at close range, just don't trip on it
