Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless headset

Logitech's ClearChat PC Wireless headset is lightweight, comfortable, and sounds good.

Adjustable boom ; Plug-and-play ; Comfortable

Not Bluetooth ; buzzy” audio quality ; USB dongle occupies available port ; Shorter range than specified

The ClearChat PC Wireless headset works with Mac OS X and Windows. It has a USB dongle about the size of a flash thumb drive as a transmitter, and communicates using the 2.4GHz radio frequency, similar to band used by a cordless phone

Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless headset

A headset that's lightweight, comfortable and sounds good

Bluetooth might be preferable for some users who don't want a dongle sticking out of their Mac's USB port, but for those who don't mind another device plugged into an available jack, the ClearChat PC Wireless headset offers good quality and comfort at...

Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless Headset

I've got two computers at home, and I never know which one I'll be standing in front of when my Skype line rings. So, I needed two headsets. At my desktop, I have a cheapo Skype headset (about 15 bucks) that works just fine. On my notebook, though, I...

Comfortable headset, good sound quality, easy set-up, works as advertised

Must be switched "on" after extended period of disuse, boom mic is a bit too close to mouth

Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless Headset

Out of the box it is easy to set up. I use a mac and had no trouble. It has pretty good range and gives the appearance of being very durable. Although it is nicely padded it feels tight on the ears after wearing it for a while. It may be I need to...

Provides freedom and is good quality

It feels tight. It may I need to get used to it.

Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless Headset

This is total garbage. I was totally surprised since my previous Logitech mic worked flawlessly for years. Total time of use: 3 minutes. Don't even bother getting it in the first place.

Color customization, on/off switch, volume control.

Simply does not work. You can hear yourself talk, but the other person can't. Does NOT work with games. Also comes in non-USB format

Decent Headset

Aside from interferences it works good enough. Quality is fine but nothing spectacular. I'm able to switch to the earphones in an application with little issue, although sometimes the sound will output from my speakers regardless if it's plugged in...

Wireless, although you can use them with the charger plugged in as well, since the cord is long enough. Decent range and the headset comes with a stand for the USB key for easy removal

Getting interference that alters the sound (sounds like a droid from Star Wars). It also makes annoying sounds when it loses signal

Left side blues

Logitech support is replacing this one but this one is a replacement they sent that they sent about 2 months ago.

overall it's a good head set and does the job. I come in clear as do others when doing a voice chat of any kind

6 hour battery life. Left side speaker has issues. This is my second set with the same issue. Both seem to have lasted a little longer than a month before the issue began ; Basically it drops out then comes back and while listening to music it is...

This feels like a piece of tech that is still in its infancy and needs some more time before it is usable for more than tech lust. Some of the functionality like switching to speakers isn't well thought out.

The wireless feature is nice, with a range that gets most of my house, and they are reasonable price. Couldn't use it at the office because of the cons

The signal declines as the batteries that run lower, witch is a lot shorter than I had expected. I get maybe three hours of strong signal the it start to get interference, so I end up having it plunged in more often than not. The audio quality isn't...

Overall good

Compact and lightweight. All controls are easily accessible on right side of headset. (mute and volume controls) ; Has decent reception coverage as you walk away from the computer ; I use it for work to make calls from the computer. Used everyday....

Would like a longer battery life ; Ears get sore after lengthy use
