Cheap, dirty, frayed and exposed wires ; There was dirt caked onto the head band, like someone had dropped it in mud. The connection between the cord and the headset was torn open, and metal wire was exposed. Refurbished, yeah right

Headset is very comfortable. Mic boom seems very sturdy ; Has good wireless range. I really enjoy having every feature on the headset itself. Mic also picks up sound very well

The charge port is made very flimsy. I used this headset very activately when it worked. The charge port seems loose on my unit and the headset now refuses to charge. I tried contacting Logitech a few times regarding this but, I never heard anything...

Good sound for the price. Some nice features. Works OK as far as i can tell, no issues yet. Good customer service

The headsets were absolutely filthy, just gross. No way I was putting them on my head. Unknown gunk in every control and crack. Leather pads on the speakers were both ripped. Not that any of this mattered as they were shipped in an envelope, not a box,...

I got this headset yesterday, after using it for 3 hours I am going to return this if I can. I keep getting the static noice from the headset, the sound quality for music is bad too

Great construction, great sound and a number of other great features. Very well put to-gather all the way down to the cable ans USB connector

Constrained disconnects I have to UN-plug and replug back in the USB port to get it to work

Always cautious about refurbs but this is an awesome headset at half the price. No discomfort that some other users are claiming

Surround is like being in a barrel, and occasionally the when using flash player the sound in the right headphone goes out, quick fix but none the less annoying
